Meme I've seen floating around.

Give me a fandom and I'll tell you:

my favourite female character
my favourite male character
my favourite book/season/etc
my favourite episode/issue/chapter, etc
my favourite cast member
my favourite relationship
a character I'd die defending
a character I just can't sympathize with
a character I grew to love
my anti otp

I know it's predictable, but Harry Potter.
Also...could you do Star Trek (series) or Star Trek TNG?

I've actually never watched any Star Trek so, unfortunately, that won't work out. But I can do HP :)

favourite female character:
Pansy. Allowing for a bunch of headcanon/fanon, but none of the developed-in-canon girls really struck my fancy.

my favourite male character:
Antonin, if accounting for headcanon. If not, Ron.

my favourite book/season/etc
DH. But I really, really liked HBP too.

my favourite episode/issue/chapter, etc
I couldn't say for sure, but I loved the one with Snape's memories of his childhood and Lily etc. I think it just cleared up a ton of things and in the movie it was just an extremely romantic moment.

my favourite cast member:
Tom Felton.

my favourite relationship:
Canonicaly, I really liked Ron/Hermione and, yea, Draco/Pansy, I guess they count. In fandom I OTP-ship Antonin/Bellatrix and Severus/Evan.

a character I'd die defending:
Lol, I don't think there's anyone I love quite so much in this fandom.

a character I just can't sympathize with:
Obvious ones like Voldemort aside... Harry. This is really, really weird becasue he's the main character but I just never liked him that much and he always came off whiny or self-righteous or something to me. Maybe this doesn't count as a lack of sympathy but he was definitely my least favorite out of the trio.

a character I grew to love:
I don't know if I love Snape per se, but I've definitely come to like him a lot more than I did at the start. His isn't really a personality I like much or can deal with well IRL and knowing how much I hated my "scary" teachers in school really turned me off him, but he grew on me...

my anti otp: Draco/Astoria. This shouldn't even be considered canon, it's interview information, it wasn't in the books, wtf? I'm just really annoyed that JKR just stuck some random girl with Draco. Did Astoria ever even appear in the books?

No Regulus?
Draco/Astoria was meaningless noise to me, too.
Harry is hard to relate to. He's a nosy busybody like his Aunt Petunia, he never thinks ahead and rarely waits to think before speaking. He's not at all like an abused child. He's very emo, and that cuts him off pretty well. He is lazy and lets others think for him. And the worst: he is nothing but another mediocre boy in glasses.
I have other people I can't "get" either.
Big win for Tom Felton.

Regulus is one of those characters for whom fanon is both developed and pretty consistent, and I definitely like him but he's not quite a favorite. Antonin and Evan beat him there.
